Finerlifes (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides delivery services exclusively through our online store. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, helping you clearly understand delivery arrangements, fees, and responsibilities before completing a purchase.
1. Delivery Coverage
Delivery services are currently available within the United States only. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.
2. Shipping Fee Description
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:
- Orders with a total value of EUR 99.99 or more (including EUR 99.99) qualify for free delivery.
- Orders with a total value below EUR 99.99 are subject to a flat delivery fee of EUR 9.99.
All applicable taxes and related charges are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional fees are required beyond the total amount shown at checkout.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our order processing hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (CET).
- Orders placed and successfully paid for before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
- If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.
4. Order Handling Time
Once payment has been successfully confirmed, orders enter the preparation stage. The standard handling time is approximately 1–3 business days, which includes order verification, packing, and handover to the logistics carrier. Please note that handling time does not include transportation time.
5. Estimated Delivery Timeframe
After shipment, the estimated overall delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery destination, carrier operations, and logistics conditions.

To ensure stable and reliable delivery services, we cooperate with established logistics providers. Common carriers include:

- United States Postal Service (USPS)
7. Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment summary, and carrier information (where applicable). You may track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order number together with your email address or phone number.

- Product damage or loss: If your package is damaged, missing, or lost during transportation, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can assist with verification and resolution.
- Shipping modifications and cancellations: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, changes, rerouting, or cancellations may no longer be possible.
- Delivery address responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Any delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Delivery Acceptance Notice
Upon receiving your package, please inspect the external condition of the parcel carefully. If any visible damage, tampering, or abnormalities are identified, we recommend taking photos (and/or videos) as evidence and contacting us as soon as possible for further assistance.
