Finerlifes (hereinafter referred to as “we”) has established this order cancellation policy to clarify the conditions, procedures, and refund arrangements related to order cancellation requests submitted through our online store. This policy applies to all orders placed with us.

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled within 48 hours after the order is placed. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled directly. 2. Order cancellation procedure

Once your request is received, our customer service team will review it promptly. If the cancellation request meets the applicable conditions, you will be notified of the result as soon as possible and a refund will be arranged accordingly.
3. Refund processing
Refunds approved due to order cancellation will be returned to the original bank card used at checkout, including Visa and MasterCard. Depending on the processing efficiency of different card issuing institutions, refunds are generally credited within 1 to 5 working days. If the refund is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
